Membership Applications
Application for Membership to the Mimosa Golf and Country Club is subject to the approval by the Club Management. All membership provides equal privileges to spouses. The Mimosa Golf & Country Club is currently operated and managed by the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) in an interim capacity and the membership provides the license to use all the Club's amenities and does in no way constitute any form of propriety rights or interest in Mimosa Golf & Country Club or its assets.
Transferability Of Membership All Members are transferable subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Rules and Regulations of the Club.
All members are transferable to another individual, company, partnership or unincorporated association, as the case may be, whose application to become a Member shall be subject for approval by the Club Management and upon payment of the required Transfer Fee as established by the Club.
Corporate Renomination Privileges To accommodate relocation of retirement of nominees or other circumstances of a corporate member, a corporate member may remove a nominee and appoint a new nominee subject to the approval of the Club Management and upon payment of the applicable Renomination Fee as established by the Club.
Membership Dues Dues are paid monthly in advance by each individual member or corporate member or its nominees if any.
Inactive Status Any member who has valid reason, other than absence from the Philippines, for not being able to avail of his membership rights and privileges, for a period of one year may apply for an Inactive Status for such period by submitting the prescribed application form. If said application is approved by the Club, the member shall be designated as an Inactive Member for the period applied for and shall pay an Inactive Status Fee which the Club may from time to time prescribe. During such period, the Member (together with his spouse and children) shall not be permitted to enjoy the rights and privileges attaching to his membership.
Upon expiration of the period for which he has been granted the Inactive Status, the Member concerned shall automatically resume his obligation to pay monthly dues from such date.
Absentee Status Any member who will be away from the Philippines for a period of one year may apply for an Absentee Status for such period by submitting the prescribed application form. If said application is approved by the Club, the Member shall be designated as an Absentee Member for the period applied for and shall pay an Absentee Status Fee which the Club may from time to time prescribed. During such period, the Member (together with his spouse and children) shall not be permitted to enjoy the rights and privileges attaching to his membership.
Upon expiration of the period for which he has been granted the Absentee Status, the Member concerned shall automatically resume his obligation to pay monthly dues from such date. |
